for Manitoba Hydro to pull a load of 35,000lbs, using 650 ft. of
galvanized cable inch and an eight thick designed to operate at temperatures as
low as minus 40 centigrade.

Gantry Crane nears completion including:
- New 750 foot conductor system with galvanized stands and hoods
- Pivoting stair access complete with exterior siding to match the original crane
- New
galvanized walkways and handrails at the 70 foot maintenance elevation
- New main hoist drum gear, pinion, and sheaves
- New
controllers, resistors, hoisting limits

Construction.
The hoists, trolleys and bridge drive mechanicals are provided
by Stahl, internationally recognized as a leader in explosion proof technology.
Zelus is designing and
providing the crane control and conductor/wiring systems
to provide a complete turnkey package.
